This policy covers gyanos.in — the GyanOS marketing website — and explains what happens to information you submit through our “Request a Demo” form, and what we collect just by your visiting the site. It does not cover the GyanOS product itself, which is governed by a separate agreement once your institution becomes a customer. Information we collect

Through the demo request form, we collect what you choose to enter: your name, designation, college or institution name, email address, and phone number.

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and how you arrived here. This is aggregate usage data; it is not used to identify you personally. Analytics does not load if you decline the consent prompt.

How we use it

Information submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare a demo, and follow up about GyanOS. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it’s processed and stored

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to our team’s inbox at hello@gyanos.in.

Retention

We retain demo request details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can email hello@gyanos.in at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you’ve submitted through this site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
